From Requirement to Mass Production
1.Requirement Review
We review the physical sample or color reference, target resin, processing method, end-use conditions and required standards.
2.Laboratory Formulation
The team develops an initial color or material formula and records the agreed evaluation conditions.
3. Sample Preparation and Verification
Samples are prepared and evaluated for color, appearance, processing and required performance according to the project plan.
4. Customer Validation
Samples and supporting data are submitted for customer review, trial molding or application verification.
5. Formula Control and Scale-Up
After approval, the formula and production parameters are controlled for batch production and ongoing supply.
Testing and Quality Support
Testing and evaluation are selected according to the product and project, covering color, appearance, dispersion, processing and specified material performance. Final test items and acceptance criteria are agreed with the customer.
Management Systems and Compliance
Current certificates and compliance documents should be displayed with certificate number, certified scope, issuing body and validity period. Product compliance is confirmed by grade and application.
